Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual skin types and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and advise on suitable retail products for home use.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist (minimum 1.5 years)
- Certification or Diploma in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or Massage Therapy
- Proficiency in various beauty and spa treatments (facials, massages, nail care, waxing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
