Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured rotational program across key departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance.
  • Support department managers in daily operational tasks, project coordination, and the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and insightful analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, compelling presentations, and data-driven insights to inform critical business decisions.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and successful implementation of new business processes and efficiency improvement measures.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, clear communication, and goal alignment.

Required Skills
