Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments to Toni & Guy standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, recommend suitable services, and advise on aftercare.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service, rapport building, and professional advice.
- Achieve and exceed personal retail sales targets by recommending and selling professional hair care products.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and personal development.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workstation and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the salon.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive client experience.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front-of-house duties when required.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Hairdressing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a qualified Hair Stylist.
- Expertise in precision cutting, advanced colour techniques (balayage, foiling, colour correction), and various styling methods.
- Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to recommend products and services effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- A creative flair and passion for the hairdressing industry.

- An existing, transferable client base.
