Key Responsibilities
- Assist UPS Drivers with the delivery and pick-up of packages in the Don Mills, Toronto area and surrounding communities.
- Safely and efficiently handle packages, including loading and unloading from the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate routes using provided maps or GPS, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, representing the UPS brand with excellence.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with the driver regarding delivery progress and any issues encountered.
- Handle physical demands of lifting, lowering, and carrying packages up to 70 lbs (32 kg) for extended periods.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Valid G-class driver’s license (not required for helper, but beneficial for future driver roles).
