Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity, customizing services to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to assess their nail health, understand their preferences, and recommend appropriate services and products for optimal results.
- Maintain impeccably clean and sterilized tools and workstations, adhering strictly to salon hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Provide expert advice on nail care, product usage, and home maintenance routines to clients, educating them on best practices for long-lasting results.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate client records, including service history and preferences.
- Actively promote and confidently sell retail nail care products and packages to enhance client results and contribute to salon revenue targets.
- Ensure a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable spa experience for all clients through excellent customer service and a welcoming demeanor.
