Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and updating records as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and liaising with suppliers.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members.

Required Skills
