Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hotel Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain menus that align with the hotel's brand and target market.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Control food costs and inventory, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as banqueting and room service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop innovative and creative dishes to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in various culinary techniques (French, Italian, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and lead a kitchen team.
- Strong understanding of food cost control and inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications
