Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their makeup preferences, skin type, and occasion requirements.
- Perform professional makeup application services, including but not limited to, bridal makeup, event makeup, editorial, and corrective makeup.
- Recommend appropriate makeup products and techniques based on individual client needs and desired outcomes.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and properly stored.
- Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with other salon professionals (hair stylists, estheticians) to provide a comprehensive beauty experience.
- Assist with inventory management of makeup products and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Contribute to the salon's social media presence by capturing high-quality 'before and after' photos and videos (with client consent).
- Adhere strictly to all salon policies, health, and safety regulations.
