Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for assigned clients, aligned with their business objectives and target audiences.
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display) across various platforms to achieve performance KPIs and maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Oversee organic search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and strategic link building initiatives.
- Create and implement engaging content marketing strategies, including blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content calendars.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, inform strategy development, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Effectively communicate campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders through regular updates and presentations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Demonstrable expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and content optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website content management and troubleshooting.
