Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process all inbound and outbound stock movements, ensuring precise data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies efficiently to maintain inventory integrity.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management and relevant departments.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of physical inventory counts and audits, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse operatives, goods-in, and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth operational flow and resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain filing systems for all stock-related documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding stock levels, locations, and order status in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse management team as required.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with various departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications
