Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners? Vets4Pets Kearsley is actively seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly skilled RVN to join our thriving practice. Located in the heart of Kearsley, our modern clinic is a busy, well-established facility committed to providing exceptional, empathetic veterinary care in a supportive and friendly environment. We pride ourselves on creating a workplace where every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best.
As an integral part of our close-knit veterinary team, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of daily practice operations. Your responsibilities will span across surgical nursing, medical nursing, diagnostic imaging, laboratory procedures, and comprehensive client education. We believe in utilising our nurses to their full potential, encouraging them to run nurse clinics, perform schedule 3 procedures where appropriate, and take an active role in patient care plans. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinary surgeons and a dedicated support team, contributing to a truly collaborative atmosphere that prioritises patient welfare above all else.
Our practice is equipped with the latest diagnostic tools, including digital radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, and advanced in-house laboratory facilities, enabling you to practice high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is eager to expand their clinical skills, take on greater responsibility, and grow within a dynamic and forward-thinking practice. We are deeply committed to ongoing professional development, offering a generous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) allowance, paid professional memberships, and abundant opportunities for specialist training. We actively encourage our nurses to pursue their interests and specialisations, supporting their journey towards becoming leaders in their field.
At Vets4Pets Kearsley, you’ll find more than just a job; you’ll find a career path where your skills are recognised, your opinions are respected, and your profound passion for animal welfare can truly shine. We foster a positive culture built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared dedication to improving the lives of pets and the experience of their owners. If you’re looking for a place where you can make a lasting positive impact on the health and happiness of the Kearsley community’s beloved animals, while continually advancing your professional capabilities, then we warmly invite you to apply.
