Key Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on policy details, coverage options, and available services, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Process policy changes, updates, and billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments in a remote setting to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry changes and company offerings.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
