Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
- Maintain a secure and productive home office environment.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong active listening and de-escalation skills.
- Proven ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home role.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
