Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing, service requests, company policies, and general inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and service-related problems with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Arizona Water Company services, products, and operational procedures.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
