Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Officer to represent our company in a positive and welcoming manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Providing general administrative support to the office team, including scheduling meetings, taking messages, and managing office supplies.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
