Job Description
Calista Corporation is seeking a talented and dedicated Remote Graphic Artist to join our dynamic communications and marketing team. As a Remote Graphic Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Calista’s visual identity across a diverse range of platforms and initiatives. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Corporate Communications, Shareholder Services, and Business Development, to translate complex ideas and information into engaging visual narratives. Your work will span across digital and print mediums, encompassing everything from compelling social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing visuals to professional presentations, annual reports, brochures, and event collateral. Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that Calista’s visual voice is cohesive, professional, and culturally sensitive.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging visual content for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, brochures, and event materials.
- Ensure all graphic designs align with Calista Corporation’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Shareholder Services) to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Develop original concepts, graphics, and layouts, utilizing a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Prepare files for both digital distribution and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and optimal output.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders thoughtfully to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role, demonstrated through a strong and diverse professional portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and iconography.
- Ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
