Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding various loan products and services offered by the bank.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed.
- Conduct initial assessments of loan applications to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan application statuses.
- Collaborate with senior loan officers and branch management to meet team targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and financial expertise.
- Actively participate in branch sales activities and initiatives to promote loan products.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
