Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices and purchase orders.
- Accurately sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
- Participate in regular inventory counts (cycle counts and annual inventory) to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Prepare and pull outgoing orders for delivery to retail locations, ensuring items are correct and properly packed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality control issues with inventory.
- Assist with data entry related to inventory movements and stock levels using our internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory verification.
