Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and experienced Corporate Household Driver to join our dedicated team in Isheri, Lagos. This crucial role involves providing safe, efficient, and discreet transportation for our principals, their families, and guests, as well as managing various household-related errands with utmost precision and care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for principals, family members, and guests to various destinations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, both interior and exterior, to a high standard at all times.
- Manage and execute household errands, including grocery shopping, package delivery, and other personal tasks as required.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic patterns and potential diversions, to ensure timely arrival.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to the household and its occupants.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs with approved vendors.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with luggage and other items as needed, demonstrating helpfulness and courteous service.
- Be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by the principals' schedule (with appropriate notice).
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or private household setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, alternative routes, and traffic patterns.
- Strong defensive driving skills and a proactive approach to road safety.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury or executive vehicles.
- Certification in advanced defensive driving or executive protection driving.
