This pivotal role involves ensuring all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetic appeal. You will meticulously clean and tidy rooms, replenish amenities, change linens, and ensure all fixtures and furnishings are spotless. Beyond guest rooms, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, lounges, and other common areas, contributing to a consistently pleasant environment throughout the hotel. You will work efficiently within a supportive team, adhering strictly to established safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established quality and cleanliness standards.
- Change linen and make beds, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and supplies.
- Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors regularly.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within required deadlines.
