Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team, operating remotely from Palmer, Alaska. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of members, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and proactive engagement. Your mission will be to understand our members’ financial needs, provide expert guidance on our products and services, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of credit union members.
- Act as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and solutions.
- Proactively engage with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services (e.g., loans, savings accounts, investment options).
- Educate members on the benefits and features of Global Credit Union’s offerings, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Resolve complex member issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Utilize CRM software and other digital tools to track interactions, manage member data, and ensure follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including lending, operations, and marketing, to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Stay informed about credit union products, services, policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing to membership growth and product adoption.
- Maintain strict adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and credit union policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or financial services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
