Job Description
Global International School is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced School Administrator to join our dedicated team on Okporo Road, Port Harcourt. The School Administrator will be instrumental in overseeing various administrative processes, including student admissions and enrollment, maintaining comprehensive student records, managing school facilities, and coordinating logistical requirements for school events and activities. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to school policies.
- Manage student admissions, enrollment processes, and maintain accurate student records.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative support staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Manage school facilities, including maintenance schedules, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and manage administrative budgets, track expenditures, and handle procurement of school supplies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, guardians, and the wider community, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the organization and execution of school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Principal and academic staff to streamline administrative workflows and support educational programs.
- Implement and uphold school communication strategies to ensure timely and effective information dissemination.
