Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Support business units in various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition processes.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees and management.
- Help maintain accurate HR data and generate reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and boost morale.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Stay updated with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with other HR specialists (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure integrated and holistic HR solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, guiding them to appropriate resources or providing initial support.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Basic understanding of business principles and organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous volunteer experience, involvement in university clubs/societies, or academic projects demonstrating leadership, teamwork, or organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus, but not strictly required as training will be provided.
