Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-sales contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Gainsight customers, building strong relationships remotely.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, technical environments, and strategic priorities to align with Gainsight solutions.
  • Conduct regular remote check-ins, business reviews, and executive-level meetings to track progress, identify risks, and celebrate successes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product adoption, expansion, and optimization within customer accounts, providing expert guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and address escalated issues.
  • Educate customers on new product features, best practices, and industry trends to maximize their ROI and foster continuous engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Success best practices, playbooks, and internal knowledge sharing for the remote team.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients remotely.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on virtual presentation and active listening.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in an autonomous, remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of industries and business models.
