Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and vendor statements accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and detailed financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to gather necessary financial data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a finance, accounting, or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) and accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering accuracy in all financial tasks.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, instant messaging).
Preferred Qualifications
