As a Customer Success Executive, you will be instrumental in onboarding new clients, conducting regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for product expansion, and acting as the voice of the customer internally to inform product development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to assess customer health, satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive product adoption and utilization by educating customers on new features, best practices, and advanced functionalities.
- Proactively identify and address potential churn risks, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a customer advocate internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap development.
- Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with sales to execute.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics (e.g., retention, usage, satisfaction) to demonstrate value and drive improvements.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- A deep understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
- Comfortable analyzing data and using insights to drive customer engagement and strategic decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
