Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including drafting RFQs, evaluating proposals, and conducting robust negotiations.
- Identify, qualify, and manage a diverse portfolio of local and international suppliers, fostering strong and ethical relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure optimal value, quality, and delivery performance.
- Monitor market trends, supply chain dynamics, and commodity prices to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and quality assurance teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising on quality or operational efficiency.
- Manage supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and address any performance issues proactively.
- Utilize procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for purchase order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement activities, savings achieved, and supplier performance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
