Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation efforts.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in proposing solutions.
  • Participate in project meetings, capturing minutes and tracking action items.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities and ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) under guidance.
  • Support the preparation of project presentations and reports for various audiences.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
