As a Content Moderator, you will be on the front lines, acting as a crucial guardian of Listerhill’s online identity. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms (social media, forums, comments, etc.) to ensure compliance with community guidelines, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, categorize, and take appropriate action on content that violates policies, including removal, flagging, or escalation to relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all moderation tasks, consistently meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Utilize moderation tools and software effectively to manage content queues and enforce policies.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional communication regarding moderation decisions, both internally and, where appropriate, externally.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to refine content policies and stay informed of industry best practices.
  • Identify emerging content trends, policy gaps, and potential brand risks, reporting findings to management.
  • Participate in training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of moderation guidelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and tools.

Required Skills
