Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Primary School Teacher to join our esteemed faculty. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in shaping the foundational learning experiences of our students, aged 5-11 years, within a dynamic and supportive British curriculum framework. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across all primary subjects, adhering to the British curriculum standards.
- Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and development of students, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and student well-being.
- Integrate technology effectively into lessons to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, subject coordinators, and school management to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Undertake continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices in education and integrate new learning into teaching methods.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting self-discipline and mutual respect among students.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed.)
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with the British curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- A deep understanding of child development and pedagogical approaches
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Master's Degree in Education
- Experience with assessment for learning strategies and data-driven instruction
