Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust social media calendar, creating engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience, and meticulously analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with INTELS' brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage and maintain all company social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and user engagement, adapting strategies as needed.
- Analyze social media performance data using relevant tools to track key metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Sales, Operations) to support various initiatives through social media.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers or industry partners to amplify brand messages.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh and relevant posts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and basic video editing.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools.
