Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences across different time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up meeting technology, distributing agendas, and drafting minutes.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, exercising discretion and professional judgment to prioritize and respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accessible and properly secured.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management, ensuring data integrity.
- Process expense reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support special projects and initiatives by conducting research, compiling information, and tracking progress.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory for remote team members as needed.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent service and support.

Required Skills
