Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients across diverse industries.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging written, image, and video content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools, identifying trends and insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and client presentations.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social media best practices.
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO principles.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation through social media.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
