Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency.
- Design visually compelling assets including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate strategic objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Maintain and evolve GTBank’s brand guidelines, ensuring all visual communications align with the established brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to final delivery, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Provide creative input and recommendations on visual strategy, layout, and user experience for various digital and print initiatives.
- Prepare files for print and digital publication, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to translate complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging graphics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate environment.
