Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment according to event specifications.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide general assistance throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency, adhering to all service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the event management team and other staff members to ensure smooth event flow.
- Handle minor guest queries or concerns with grace and escalate complex issues to event managers.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with cloakroom duties, ushering, or other ad-hoc tasks as required.
