Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, and campaigns using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities for engagement.
- Interact with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Assist in the development of social media calendars and content plans.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple social media accounts for businesses.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
