Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for Moonpig’s website, app, marketing campaigns (digital and print), social media, and internal communications.
- Develop original illustrations, icons, and graphic elements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable Moonpig brand identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results in a remote work setting.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Provide constructive feedback and receive creative direction to refine designs and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prepare files for various outputs, ensuring technical specifications are met for both digital and print media.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in creating digital assets for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and designing for e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for print.
