As a Digital Ads Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and performance monitoring of campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and potentially others such as LinkedIn or TikTok. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms as required.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative briefs that align with client branding and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and within allocated spend limits.
  • Generate regular performance reports, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
  • Collaborate effectively with account managers, content creators, and other team members in a remote working environment.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) with a track record of driving results.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram advertising), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of SEM, PPC principles, and conversion tracking methodologies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for performance measurement and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
