Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff, including kitchen, waiting, and support personnel.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, as well as company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and optimize procurement processes to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Manage daily cash flow, reconcile sales, and prepare operational reports.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the restaurant premises are clean, well-maintained, and comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to set performance goals and contribute to business development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
