This is a critical role that will drive our online presence, customer acquisition, and retention strategies across various digital channels, directly contributing to our rapid growth in the e-commerce sector. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including SEM, Social Media Ads, Display, and Affiliates.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, ensuring high organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Content) to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing.
  • Mentor and develop a small team of digital marketing specialists.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or online grocery industry.
