Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to established schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project flow and resource allocation.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and provide support in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Actively learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development and execution of effective mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for international collaboration.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or academic project experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
