Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and statements as required by management and auditors.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and other financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents, both physical and electronic.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and related activities, ensuring employee data confidentiality.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial inquiries.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by the finance department to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
