Uniboard Canada Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Quebec market, with a base in Terrebonne. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned Quebec territory.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct virtual and occasional in-person presentations of Uniboard products and solutions to prospective and current clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on the most suitable engineered wood products for their specific applications.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing, reporting, and expense management.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the building materials, manufacturing, or construction industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written) in English and French.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client bases.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
