Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our bustling creative studio near Redland, Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity for a designer with 2-4 years of professional experience who is eager to contribute their creative flair and technical skills to a wide array of projects. You will work across various mediums, including branding, digital marketing, print design, web graphics, and more. From initial concept generation to final execution, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets for a diverse range of print and digital projects, including branding, marketing collateral, website graphics, social media content, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and account managers to understand client briefs, develop creative strategies, and ensure designs align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design choices and rationale effectively, and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established style guides and ensuring brand integrity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery within set deadlines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and innovation within the studio.
- Prepare files for print production and digital deployment, ensuring all assets are optimized for their intended platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design work
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Experience in branding and identity design
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
