Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries (when applicable).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up technology, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes.
  • Handle incoming communications (emails, phone calls) with professionalism and discretion, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized digital filing systems.
  • Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple teams, adapting to varying departmental needs and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of administrative workflows.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications
