Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the structured training program to learn core accounting principles and Agility's financial procedures.
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
- Aid in preparing financial reports, summaries, and analyses as required by senior accountants and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant financial regulations.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both physical and digital.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
- Learn and effectively utilize accounting software and tools.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand accounting knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
