Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using various office software.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Support various departmental projects and initiatives as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
