Job Description

Pela Case is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products, orders, shipping, and returns with efficiency and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Pela products, features, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Process orders, exchanges, and returns according to company policies and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of product information, FAQs, and common resolutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute insights to help improve products and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or remote setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and common productivity tools.
