This full-time position is for our state-of-the-art service centre located in Portmore, where you will play a crucial role in restoring a diverse range of premium vehicles – from luxury sedans to robust SUVs – to their original, pre-accident glory. You will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for unparalleled quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Panel Beater, your core responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of body repair. This includes accurately assessing vehicle damage, expertly straightening and reshaping damaged panels, removing dents, and performing precise welding and fabrication when necessary. A critical aspect of your role will be the application of body filler and sanding techniques to achieve perfectly smooth surfaces, meticulously preparing vehicles for the painting process. You will work with advanced repair techniques and materials, ensuring all work complies with specific manufacturer guidelines and our rigorous internal standards.
Beyond structural and cosmetic repairs, a significant part of this role requires advanced spray painting capabilities. You will be responsible for meticulous masking, primer application, flawless color matching using advanced spectrophometer technology, and applying base and clear coats with an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring a high-gloss, factory-finish aesthetic.
