Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with various business units (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Network Operations) to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders, offering data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytical projects.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analytics, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Experience with statistical programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
